Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering to avoid any disappointment.
- We deliver 7 Days a week
- We have a flat $9 delivery fee to all areas.
- Our standard delivery hours are 8.00am - 6.00pm
- We guarantee Same Day Delivery (if required) for all orders placed before 14.00 local time (+8 GMT).
- Please state your preferred delivery time when you order however we are unable to guarantee AM or exact delivery times between our standard delivery hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date you specify.
- We delivery to all residential, commercial, retail, government, and public buildings
- It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
- If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
